  3. What happens if I want to cancel? 
    You email us to cancel your account and we call it a day!  You should know that once you put the cancel order through, all of your website content is lost. There is no back up of it.  We will provide you with an XML file of all of your pages and posts, but most likely your next webmaster will not have the technology to use this XML file. An easy way around this is to save all pages, posts, and images that you need on your local computer –  not that you’d ever want to cancel anyway!

    If you cancel within the first 30 days, all monies will be returned to you.  If you cancel after 30 days, you are still responsible for the set up fee balance (if you’re on a payment plan) however the $47 monthly dues will cease.

  4. How much is it? 
    Your total investment is a one-time set up fee and your monthly dues.  We offer payment plans for the set up fee. You can cancel at anytime.  Our set up fees differ depending on what package you select.  See our various packages for details, rates, and payment plans.

    You will receive everything that you see within the sample website – including the content!  Once you sign up, you will fill out our "Website Development Checklist" form which includes your specific business information.  Using that along with your current website (if you have one) we’ll take that information and redesign your new Web2.0 website.

  8. I don’t need a new website, but I do need a blog.  Do I have to have all those pages added?  
    Absolutely not.  If you prefer just the layout and design, we will create the empty shell for you.  We are very flexible and can work with you so that you get exactly what you want.  Once you sign up, just let us know that you want an empty shell and we’ll accommodate.

  11. How simple is it to add a page or make a change?  
    It’s very easy.  If you can use Microsoft Word then you can update your own website.  Many other services provide clunky programs that really never work they way you want them to.

    Absolutely not.  Your website and blog is completely dynamic.  That means that when you make a new page or post, the home page will automatically update with the newest and freshest content.  That means your home page is different every time someone visits.  This is a great tool to keep potential clients and current clients coming back time and time again!

  15. How many email addresses can I have?  
    Up to 50.  We set you up with a standard email account.  You then have the ability to login and create as many additional accounts as needed, up to 50.  Your email is web-based which means you can access your email from anywhere you have an internet connection.  You can even configure it to Outlook if you’d like.

  16. Will you build the forms for me?  
    We build the two forms that come with the sample site.  They include a contact form and a free consult form.  You can add more forms on your own at any time.

  23. What’s the process like once I sign up?  
    Once you sign up you will be emailed the "Getting Started" instructions.  Part of the initial process will require a few questions for you to answer. They are things like: your business name and tagline (if applicable), your About Us content, your Services content, etc.  Simply complete the Getting Started form online.  Once we receive your information, we insert it into the website for you.  You get a completed website within 48 business hours or less after submitting the form and sending the related files.  If you prefer not to fill in the Getting Started form, just let us know.  We’ll get you set up with the pages as they are and you can go in and edit them on your own time.

  24. Do I have to "upgrade" to get some of the features you talk about – like adding more pages?

  25. What if I already have a domain? 
    No problem.  We’ll tell you where to point your domain’s nameservers so that your domain is "hooked up" with your website.  You are responsible for administering your domain and its costs if its registered somewhere other than with us.  We provide support and a free domain only if we secure it.

  26. If I cancel, do I keep my domain name?  
    Yes, you can keep it with us until you find a new home for it or you can transfer it into a new registrar.

  27. I see you offer free submissions to Google, Yahoo, and MSN.  Will my website rank well? 
    This is a tricky question.  Your new website may rank well if you are in a small town or face little online competition.  If you are in a heavily populated area or have stiff competition, you will probably have to invest in additional SEO (search engine optimization) tactics – if you care about ranking on the first page of the engines.
